Due to the artisanal nature of our products and the complexities of international shipping, we have a strict no-return, no-exchange policy once an order has been shipped. 1. No Returns or Exchanges

• Since BibleGlow book lights are individually handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and do not qualify as defects.
• Due to the challenges of international logistics, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or minor aesthetic differences.
• All sales are final once the order is processed and shipped.

2. Order Confirmation & Address Accuracy

• Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the shipping address or cancel the order.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our products securely. However, if your BibleGlow book light arrives damaged due to transit, please follow these steps:

1. Report the issue within 7 days of receiving the package. Contact our customer support with your order number and clear photos/videos showing the damage.
2. Our team will assess the situation and determine if a replacement or partial refund is applicable.
3. We reserve the right to decline a refund or replacement if the damage appears to be caused by mishandling after delivery.

4. Customs & Import Fees

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by BibleGlow.
• If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, we cannot offer a refund for the order.
